It was a group interview. Two people interviewed four candidates. The questions that were asked were your typical- tell me about yourself and experience. What subjects are you comfortable tutoring. And what were our preferred age group of kids.

It was smooth, they check your background and experience and match with students. After this initial process, I was assigned kids in 2 weeks and they always pay on time.
