Interview process is very straight forward. It is a multi step interview however they make the process very easy and enjoyable. You will do a phone interview with the hiring manger. Do an interview with HR then one with your perspective team.

The first round was just a screening. It was pretty easy, polite, and clearly more of a preliminary conversation. The second round was with the Senior Project Manager, who was hiring for his own team. From what I understood, he was more focused on my personality, attitude, and passion than testing my construction knowledge. I tried my best to show that I’m passionate about learning and growing. I didn’t end up getting the job, but the interviewer was very polite, friendly, and professional.
