I interviewed first either the founder’s son who was very professional and respectful. Then I met with two production managers, who just read questions off of a form and it was very obvious that not only they were not listening, but they had no desire to be in there. This was an in person interview also. I really with companies like this would not just go through the motions and waste the interviewers time, a person goes through a lot to travel in and schedule time to go to an interview.
