The interview process was quite a mess. They reached out to me out-of-the-blue about the position, scheduled time to chat with the recruiter, told me they were going be to scheduling future interviews and sent me some material about their company culture. A month later apologized for the delay and said that they were going to picking up again two months after that!
Well, it wasn't two months later, but eight months later that a new recruiter reached out from them! Had another chat with that recruiter, they then scheduled an actual interview with someone in the department that the position was in. The interview itself was fine, but everything around it was topsy turvy.
