I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op Academies Trust (Manchester, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
I had an interview with two regional managers, and the process went really smoothly. They were friendly and made me feel at ease, which helped with my nerves. They asked typical questions like “Tell me about yourself,” along with a mix of behavioural and company-related questions. When I got stuck on one question, they actually guided me through it, which I really appreciated. I was told I’d hear back within a few hours — and I did get the job! Overall, it was a positive and supportive experience.

Question 1
One of the questions was, “How would you organise/coordinate a school event, like a uniform exchange?”
I interviewed at Co-op Academies Trust (Leeds, England)
Interview
First of all it was an excursion for 15 candidates trough 3 parts of Co-op Academy Leeds and after that 15-40 min interview with each candidate with simple questions about what will you do if the student during exam time... and why this role
The interview progress started promptly and involved a tour around the school. The department seems very close but not particularly welcoming. There were a number of generic questions but the responses I received from the staff were minimal.
