I was referred by an employee. I received the phone interview invitation with HR few days after I submitted application. Then one day after first interview I got moved forward to the second interview hiring managers. Both interviews ask about lots of behavioral-based questions. one day after second interview they notified me that they will conduct a criminal/credit check on me. three Bdays later I received an offer from them. the whole process took around three weeks.

- Preliminary phone interview. Just basic background questions. - Personality test - Longer phone interview. Lots of behavioral questions - Background check - In-person "interview." They didn't ask any questions. They basically just gave me info on the job and said they would be making a decision soon.

Behaviour interview, takes long time. Depending on the person you are interviewing with, can be easy or hard. Remember to answer questions as 1. the case, 2. your action 3, the result. Use your own personal experience. Need to dress in business attire for sure.
