Really strange interview process. They had all the candidates come at the same time and wait in the lobby in the same area. Everyone was then put into different rooms with different interviewers. Defiantly one of the stranger interviews I've done.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CoBank (Greenwood Village, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well organized. The first round was an easy behavioral video interview, followed by a second round with managers. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly explained the role and expectations. Overall, a positive experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled to hear that the process felt smooth and professional. Creating a positive, transparent experience for every candidate is important to us, and we’re excited that you decided to join our team!

Interview
Email from recruiter after application for a 30 min phone screening. Gave details about the company and asked about my experience, and promptly set me up for a 45 min interview with 2 engineers at the company.
The technical was 100% verbal, the interviewers were system architects so questions were mainly surrounding their expertise. Personally I felt that the questions didn't quite cover the core of the role I was applying for, almost entirely backend/devops/sys des related, almost no frontend questions. Being 75% frontend 25% backend, it wasn't to my strengths.
The interviewers were pleasant, but it felt more like they were trying to catch me making a mistake rather than being conversational in nature. Just drilled question after question. They went over time with the technical questions so I didn't get a chance to ask about the team I was applying for.
After the technical, I sent a thank you email and never heard back from the recruiter. Even if someone didn't pass a technical, you should still follow up with them.
The most recent company reviews were concerning to start, with being ghosted, this company has some things to address.
