Interview
I applied through college. First was the aptitude - CAST and WET test. CAST is general aptitude and English grammar for 12 minutes. Totally 50 questions. Next is the WET which is analytical writing. Time limit is 30 minutes. Shortlisted candidates were invited after 5 days for GD and Interview. GD went for about 10 minutes. They will test your general knowledge and awareness and also your confidence. GD is purely for filtering the candidates further. F2F interview went on for about 15-20 minutes.

Interview is mostly stress interview. They will try to corner you triggering multiple questions without letting you answer. They will try to break your image and see the real you. They dont give a damn about your academics and project. All they expect is whether you are fit enough into the role as described in JD.
