HR reached out on LinkedIn and then schedule a quick chat, then sent a formal invite to start the hiring process. In the middle of the formal call, HR decided to wrap it up and then said "I got what I need, I will reach out next week for an update", then the next week I received an email saying they found other candidates who aligns more with their requirements. I am wondering someone reach out to you on LinkedIn, that means they already have a good idea about my experience, it seems to be a shady interview and the HR wasn't clear to what their requirement is that she didn't get it from the first chat.
