I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Asked me to apply before we can set up a phone interview. I applied and we set up a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. Then an in-person interview that lasted 3-hrs (interviewed with 2 managers and shadowed a RA to see their day-to-day).

The interview process was relatively straightforward, with a phone screening interview followed by an on-site interview in Richmond, VA. The process as a whole only last a few weeks. Overall, the recruiter was easy to talk to and made the process relatively smooth, though the timelines felt a little rushed.
