Been contacted via LinkedIn several times. Followed through once and participated in a fairly typical FE developer interview process. Was not accepted or kept informed, so in that way it was also typical for a large company. I was not seriously interested in the position because of the in-office and drug screen requirement: both are deal breakers in 2021.
