Had been searching for the right role for some time and the role on offer was perfect. The process was straight forward. I met the team and everyone was great. The task was pretty straight forward and did not require to much of my time. I liked how in the interview my professional experience was used to corroborate my ability to do the job. I never felt like I had to back anything up which is really great and saves a lot of time from both sides. The editor offered me the job but the recruiter asked me if I could wait a few weeks until it was approved. I said no problem as I was in no rush. Never heard back and that was 3 months ago.
