You are phone screened by a recruiter, then have a two hour panel interview in office. They are VERY strict about your work history and will investigate all previous employers.

Costar cancelled a wave of interviews, regardless of the phase they were in, as part of a hiring freeze in October 2024. My 2nd round interview that I had to take PTO for was cancelled, and others even had offers rescinded. NASTY work, very unprofessional.

Interview
Two stage interview. First stage requires you to give a 20 minute sales pitch for the Homes.com realtor platform utilizing materials and tips provided by your recruiter. Second stage was an on site interview that focuses more on personality and behavioral questions. First stage can be daunting but if you study the materials correctly and develop a script you can get by pretty easily

Tell me a time that you had to overcome multiple deadlines and how did you manage these deadlines accordingly
fake and whole process set up on false job posting. We will go through whole process and learned they need 1 person and month later they posted job and reach out to co worker
The internal recruiter didn't even bother to turn his camera on during our initial call and sounded like he was busy doing something else in the background. Despite saying he'd get back to me with next steps he never did, and to be honest, the first impression was so bad I'd be extremely reluctant to proceed in any case
