I was reached out to by the recruiting manager for the role and was instructed to select an available time in the calendar invite for a phone screen. The phone screen itself was very nice. I was asked behavioral questions and questions concerning my experience on my resume. The recruiter said I would be notified a week later about next steps for the position, but she never got back to me. Crazy enough, almost a month later, I got a random LinkedIn invite from her where she introduced herself and invited me to apply and interview for a particular role. You guessed it, this role was the same role she had reached out to me for a month earlier! I think she didn't realize she sent a generic invite to someone they had already interviewed in the past. I told them we had already interviewed for the role and that I was still waiting for her response. Safe to say that all the negative reviews and press about how this place operates only confirmed my suspicions. Tread with caution here.
