Conducted 2 in-person interviews. 1 with the Director of People and Culture, the other with the Chief Operating Officer. After the second interview, references were checked and offer was provided.

interview process was great! President was down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and passionate about his business and the people who work for him. VP of Operations was also passionate about the business, the employees and the future of the company. Plant Manager was great, answered any questions I had in detail and I could tell he loved his job and the company. All in all, one of the best interviews I've had. It was more like a friendly conversation than an interview, which was much appreciated.

There were no unexpected or difficult questions. They (I felt) were completely honest with me about the company and the culture and they wanted the same back from me.
