I arrived a little early, but then had to wait almost a half hour as she was late. She kept abruptly running onto the sales floor unannounced, like her head was clearly elsewhere. The questions were pretty basic, easy enough for someone with legitimate retail experience. The one thing I wasn't expecting was the incredible amount of dishonest information that would be provided to me.

Application online. Took forever to hear back. Showed up for the interview about 10 minutes early and then had to wait another 20 minutes. Interviewed twice and had to follow up multiple times to check status. Interviews do take place in the store or outside of it. First time was straight forward. Second time was hectic as there were interruptions due to the store being busy and needing help. A lot of talking and could have been shortened. Interview was nearly an hour and could have been done in about 15 minutes.
