      Learning Program Manager Interview

      5 July 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coates (Sydney)

      Interview

The interview process included 3x interviews and a work sample. The work sample was a bit time-consuming. It involved creating a learning artefact or proposal and a rollout plan to solve an issue the company was facing. Everyone seemed fairly friendly, and the team had good intentions to create more diversity to resolve the overall "boys club" feel within the company.
