they sent me a test to take and then told me that I didn't meet the requirements. Which is fair. But then proceeded to say that they understand such exams are not always great indicators of performance and wish me luck? Reddit reviews are terrible

The interview is comprised of multiple stages. These range from preliminary assessment and aptitude tests to more detailed exercises at their offices. It is not too complicated and can be easily managed with focus and determinantion.
