The interview process was designed to be a recruiter phone screening, a zoom call, and then an in person interview. Frankly there was not much substance to the interview. The recruiter chased me for a month and I caved for a screening. Every employee I spoke with did not even ask surface level questions. They honestly just complained how busy they were. Usually I have a series of behavioral or technical questions I prepare, but I did not get to touch any of those. I did get a notice from them but no real feedback. It sounds like the company is growing but there’s not a strong direction or vision. Very nice people though! All the best to them, I hope they figure it out!
