This was one of the most unpleasant and frustrating interview processes I have ever experienced. I applied in May and only heard back in July, when I was sent a link to a video interview that had already expired three days earlier than stated. After chasing, I was given a new link, only to find a highly impersonal and generic process: six bland questions, two minutes each, twelve minutes total. That was apparently considered enough to judge a candidate’s entire career and potential. There was no opportunity for dialogue, no human interaction, no chance to explain context or ask questions.
When I tried to follow up with internal HR, they simply disappeared and stopped replying altogether. The whole process felt dismissive and disrespectful, as if candidates were a burden rather than people worth engaging with. I left the experience feeling more like a pesky beggar than a professional applicant, and certainly not given a fair opportunity to present myself properly. This process left me with a very negative impression of CCEP and how little they value people’s time and effort.
