The process depends on the current hiring manager. It is a really traditional process, they call you , previos screening telephone interview with HR first recruiter , mostly a young and attractive girl that is a psychologist with not deep understanding of the business. If you pass the first filter you will be interview by the people that requested the role and from there it depends on that little group or area on how the process is going to be. Mostly all managers and director will want to go through these process in one day everyone is always running and things are an emergency.
