. It has been a couple of years since I completed the in-basket exercise but I still remember being baffled when I saw the mock organisational chart for the exercise. I could not understand how such a forward thinking company could present a chart which shows all leadership positions being occupied by men. As a female candidate this was pretty discouraging for me. Hope it has changed since then.
