This interview was mostly front-end based. First, they had a coding round. The focus was coding in React. they ask you to consume API and render in the front end in the form of a table.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Codazen (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
embarrassingly lackluster hiring process.
Tech is probably as bad.
Went through all their rounds easy enough, but I’m assuming I didn’t make it through the grueling 2 hour behavioral with the same person the entire time. Wasn’t sure if the team was looking to hire me or propose to me.
Anyway, was using this company for interview practice, but following such a negative experience I thought it was important to share.
It was quick and an enjoyable process. I spoke with the Recruiter very briefly and then the Hiring Manager and then another person and was made an offer within 2 weeks
