Interview
Between an initial phone screen and two in person meetings, I spent over 8 hours meeting the team and learning about the role/company. Nothing obnoxiously difficult, just extremely time consuming. If you’re asked to come in for a “60 minute conversation”, clear your day. I had to actually step out during the interview to cancel meetings for my current role since we went so far into overtime.

Formal interview with the MD. Secondary interview with team leader. Quite informal really. Taken around the building to see other departments. Shown the product relative to the work I would have been doing.
