Interview
The interview was a pre-recorded interview, where questions would be provided and you'd have about a minute to answer. When I did it, you couldn't re-record some of them. The first question was a practice question which you could re-record to familiarize yourself with the process.

Interview
It was a simple online group interview which took around 30 minutes, mostly discussing the programs on offer for school holiday camps, after school camps and a quick self-introduction going around the room.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Do you have any previous teaching or coding experience?
Video interview with behavioural, fit and tech questions. It was quite a straightforward process, but the software was a bit fiddly to use. The questions were introduce yourself, why do you want to work here, coding and tech experience etc.
Online video recording interview, including self-introduction, dream when you were a child, code/IT experience, reasons for teaching coding with children.
Generally each question has 15 to 30 seconds for preparation and 2 mins maximum recording. Only one attempt for most questions.
