Interview
I had a nice experience with the company’s interview process. The panel focused strongly on frontend development, testing my understanding of core concepts along with a detailed machine coding round that was both challenging and insightful.
The interview process involves application screening, HR discussions, skill assessments, and multiple interview rounds, including technical, managerial, and panel interviews. It concludes with final negotiations, background checks, and onboarding. Strong preparation, clear communication, and timely follow-ups improve success.

Interview
1) Telephonic interview about current city, current ctc, expected ctc.
2) Technical round-1 on Java and basic DSA.
3) Technical round-2 (from client side) on Spring boot completely.
4) Hiring managerial round about my previous work and some scenario based discussions.
