It is a long process. They have you take a typing test, send a sample email, and leave a sample voicemail. Then there is a 75 minute initial interview where you have to do a presentation. That is followed by a 60 minute interview. If you survive they do reference checks and then provide an offer. The process took over two months to the point where I stepped away.
