Interview
There was no technical or coding tests. Simply a MCQ Written test and a face to face interview. MCQ test was quantitive and prerty easy. Interview coverd the technical stuffs.
Employers seemed Very friendly and polite. Overall experience is great.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CodeCrafters (Dhaka) in May 2023
Interview
1. First dropped my CV via email. 2. They reached me through email and fixed a date. 3. During the interview, first 1 hour they did an introduction session. On the 2nd hour, there was a technical exam on the computer which lasted 1 hour.

1. They asked me about C++ question. Such as virtual function, difference between called by reference and call by pointer, friend function etc.

Interview
I was first briefed about the company in a video call of 1 hour. The interviewer was very friendly.
Later after 2 weeks, I was invited to an on-spot interview. They managed the COVID-19 guidelines very well. First I was provided with a written test. It was more likely IQ test. Later I had an technical interview.
