applied for a Frontend Engineer role via a LinkedIn post in April. After being shortlisted, I completed an online assessment covering reasoning, mathematics, coding, and technical questions. I was invited for a second-round face-to-face technical interview in June. However, another online assessment was unexpectedly scheduled, extending the process to over two months. The assessment environment was very unprofessional, with HR personnel watching reels, making calls, and singing songs, making it difficult to focus and perform well. Furthermore, the process seemed to undervalue experience and problem-solving approaches, focusing solely on assessment scores rather than evaluating candidates' logical thinking and problem-solving methods. Waste of time.
