Codec Senior Business Analyst interview questions

Fast process. I had 2 interviews. First was typical competency based questions and on my resume (experience). Second interview was little weird, he didn't ask me anything in particular about the role but asked me if I had any issues or questions regarding the company, it was more like a discussion. He said he just wanted to check my attitude and not my skills and experience. I almost thought I got the job but later got rejection. Second interview was very misleading.
