Codeword interview questions

One interview was given and didnt get further past that because the company ghosted and gave no further correspondence. This gave no information on the process of interviewing within codeword and led me to not ever knowing the status of my application.

Applied online, went through a lengthy process during which the hiring team was unresponsive at best - unengaged and unprofessional at worst! I should have listened to the reviews here at Glassdoor. It speaks volumes about a company that chooses to lead people on and then ghost them after 4-5 rounds of interviews. Zero feedback and extremely unengaged team. At the end of the day it must have been a blessing in disguise to not get an offer, I don't think this is a place where open communication and accountability thrive. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time - there is plenty of incredible companies out there. Codeword is not one of them.
