      Product Marketing Coordinator Interview

      17 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Nugegoda
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Codimite (Nugegoda) in Jan 2026

      Interview

I initially applied for a different position but didn’t make it past the HR screening. Later, this role opened up, and I went through a very well-structured interview process: HR Screening (call): Basic discussion to assess fit. Technical Interview with Project Manager (virtual): Tested my technical knowledge and practical problem-solving. Interview with Head of Marketing (virtual): Focused on marketing experience and event management. Challenging, but fair. Onsite HR Interview: Relaxed, scenario-based discussion to gauge adaptability, learning ability, and cultural fit. The interviews were challenging, especially around AI knowledge and practical skills, but also engaging and insightful. The process clearly aimed to assess both skills and cultural alignment, not just check boxes. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity—it was the first time I left an interview feeling challenged yet motivated. This experience gave me confidence in the company’s thoughtful approach to hiring.
