Phone screen Interview Scheduled a phone screen and asked about experience and projects. Was 15 minutes and never heard back after the call. Recruiter talked about the company and what they do

Recruiter phone screen followed by a relatively easy video interview. Was told directly at the end of the call that they were going to recommend to hire me only to hear back a week and a half later that the position has been filled. People were friendly, but the process was very unprofessional.
