I met with a staffing consultant (similar to a recruiter; however, more hands-on) first to discuss my skills and professional experience. The consultant introduced me to the hiring manager who first screened my by phone. After the phone screening, the hiring manager invited to the office (N. Michigan Avenue) for an in-person interview with him (Director the Product Mgmt and Development and then with the Technical Project Manager.
The following week, I was invited back to interview with the leadership team - ranging from the owner to the senior software product architects.
