I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cofactor Group
Interview
I had a couple rounds of standard phone interviews. They were mostly behavioral interview questions. After that there was a case interview where I presented to three interviewers. It was overall a good experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cofactor Group
Interview
Not easy. First a screening test online, not too bad, but some tricky questions. Then an interview with about 2-3 associates/senior associates, with a case study and behavioral questions; lasts about an hour.
Final round is the toughest for sure; 4-5 hours, multiple interviews, including behavioral, case study, and a presentation based on data and a case study given prior to the interview. Each interview consists of multiple firm employees, including partners. Definitely be prepared to be grilled on your resume, interests, and why healthcare consulting. Big time commitment. As others noted, the interviewers are super friendly. Small firm, so definitely needs to be selective, and they are.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cofactor Group in Dec 2020
Interview
I'll echo what the other reviewer said, the interview process was quite grueling, although everyone I met was friendly. First an online math/reading test (easy), then a one-hour interview with behavioral questions and a case, and then a 4-hr interview day. Interview day was two behavioral interviews, another case, and a presentation. The presentation was based on material they had sent beforehand, including some data analysis. The case was different from the typical cases you'd read to prepare for a consulting interview. Think big picture.
