interview was a short conversation with a 2 hour trial shift which was spent mostly clearing tables an washing dishes, I was then offered the job at the end of the trial
The interview communication was prompt and efficient. They didn’t ask many questions—mainly basic ones such as whether I can work in the UK, my availability, my experience and skills as a barista, what a typical day for a barista looks like, and whether I had any questions for the interviewer.
Group tasks and a solo interview - it was mix of both and quite interesting. Scenarios and role plays and team building and then a personal interview with a manager,
