I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Coforge (Greater Noida) in Nov 2015
Interview
I got interviewed at Greater Noida office during early Nov 2015. I already was working with a well known product company at Gurgaon but was looking for a change as had to relocate to Noida due to some personal reasons. I got this call from a placement agency. My experience was not good while interview process with NIIT.
1) The HR had sent me an email with venue, time and interviewer details. When I reached at company reception and called the HR he was behaved rudely and told me that I should have called the interviewer directly. I called the Interviewer directly and told him that I he was supposed to get interviewed.
2) He sent a Project Manager from his team to interview me. The interviewer was very immature for interview. He asked couple of typical bookish questions on project management and wanted to hear the answers what he had in his mind. On couple of topics he himself had wrong understanding. Nowhere he looked that he is really trying to assess my project management skills rather he was trying his best to ask questions that I can not answer.
NIIT Management/HR should train the interviewers on how to assess a candidate in a right way for a particular skill set.

Question 1
1) What are the three sides of project triangle?
2) What is name of the formula used in FP estimation?
3) Name the top three business risks?
4) Can JIRA be integrated with SVN?
All of above questions in my opinion are more bookish and you can not check one's PM knowledge with these kind of questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coforge (Teamate)
Interview
I recently got interviewed at coforge Noida.
I found the interviews to be more focussed on the vocation knowledge and from the experience point of you little immature focus on that technical terms not on the actual work I feel that project management is more of a practical work with the some smart work mind set but the interview of more focus on the technical expect they have an impact on the project cycle or not which I feel is not from much aligned with a project manager interview
