Cons: After completing both rounds, I never received any feedback or update on my application status. I followed up multiple times via email but received no response at all. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to leave candidates in the dark after they invest time and effort into the process. Advice to Management: Please prioritize basic candidate communication. Even a brief update or rejection email after interviews would show respect for people’s time and effort. It significantly impacts your employer brand.

Had 1 Round. Was asked to do full share screen from beginning. Panel was rude as without asking any question, they had trust issues that I am cheating. Later on, still it was okay. It was complete coding interview
