Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment consultant literally telling me it was it most basic job ever. Spoke to the sales manager on the phone for about 10 min. and that was it. Interviewed face to face with clueless sales director from France as second stage.

Nothing that sparks to mind. Did all the talking. Sales manager knew nothing about sales techniques and had to explain what a "proof of concept" is.
