Cogent Labs (Pakistan) interview questions

They had 4 rounds. Started with a coding test with proper code on paper. Then an HR interview. Followed by a technical round and finally an interview with the Co-Founder.

The interview process was smooth and professional. I was first contacted by the team and asked about my experience in video editing and videography. They reviewed my previous work and asked about my workflow, editing style, and the tools I use such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. The discussion was friendly and focused on practical skills and creativity.
