The interview process was as follows
1.call from hr to ask basic questions regarding current role, experience so on.
2.interview was scheduled and as I was interviewing for role based on Tibco developer my questions were related to that.few scenario based questions and technical questions.
3.immediately I was scheduled for next interview with project manager.he asked me about why I want to join cognizant and my career goals and few more scenario based questions on Tibco bw tool.
4.post that after a few days had a hr interview for salary requirements, notice period so on
5.got the offer mail

Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
