I have applied for a P2P position in cognizant. I have attended the interview in the company. First they will screen the candidates. In this they ask simple HR questions and sees whether you fit for the job or not. Then they will conduct the technical round and select the candidates who cleared that round

1st round HR,2nd round manager,3rd round virtual,4 assessment test.
that's it, i have cleared all the round but i got stuck document process
after that i didn't get any mail or call
non proper interview only asked two questions abot supply chain and golden rules of accounting that"s it then they rejected my profile just because of there are having only 3 vacancies and two are filled and one is to there best and known one that"s about it
