Its not great. Salary negotiations are not professional. Better get maximum salary before accepting offer. In small location they are not allowing good salary and in Bangalore its meeting average salary. Cts is now big company and chance for personal growth is much more difficult compared to small companies.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
