Interview
It was a scheduled drive, so should expect hell lot of candidates with complete miss management. But to my surprise it was very well organized. Cheers to Cognizant guys, waiting to join you guys soon.

The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by a technical assessment to test my Java skills. After that, I had one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on coding, problem-solving, and frameworks like Spring Boot. Finally, there was a managerial round to discuss project experience and team collaboration.
