I was referred by my friend who was working in the company. HR called me up after few days of my job application and asked few behavioral questions like, what is the reason to quit in your current job etc? Then HR scheduled a phone interview for technical.

What is the best way to describe yourself that will fit here?
I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.
I attended three rounds in the Cognizant interview process: Aptitude, Communication, and Technical rounds. The interview experience was smooth and professional. I successfully completed all rounds, but after the technical round, I did not receive any further update or email from the company Cognizant Technology Solutions

It was easy and good only three rounds hr assessment manager ops . Only good communication with proper knowledge is needed . Only this I can describe can't describe any thing more.
