Lang. 5 rondes. 2 maanden wachten tot ik kon starten. Dat is normaal bij dit soort bedrijven dus daar keek ik niet van op. In de sollicitaties werd er wel veel beloofd, wat gedeeltelijk ook waar is, alleen niet in Europa.

Elaborated Interview process with frequent intervals. Long wait to give the practical test and before that IQ test was given in a different location at an earlier date. Results were announced the same day and the follow up practical test was informed. Practical test included testing design skills by a task of designing a poster under given topic. Explanation and thought process moved me to the third level/ final level of one on one.

In interview they asked some very basic questions regarding designs, like the difference between DPI and PPI.
Later they gave 1 practical test which i had to finish withing 2 hrs. time was abundant.
