Written Exam+ Operations Round+HR Round
Written exam had Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability. Operations Round contained questions related to BPO and things mentioned on the resume. HR Round had few situations based questions. Overall the HRs were very friendly. the interview process took slightly longer time for completion.
