Applied through my university job portal. Was introduced by the HR personnel upon arrival. It was a straightforward one to one interview with the manager. Did not have to wait very long. Interview was around 30 minutes.
It consisted of a phone call to screen your academic program and interest in which track you are interested in. They will then take a few days to process your application and offer an interview. My interview was on the Developer track. It tested on my technical concepts of the programming languages stated in my resume. Overall, as long as you show you want to keep trying and confident to grow through the graduates program, they will offer you a spot.

Question 1
How confident are you to learn a programming language in depth within 2 months
I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Buda, Budapest) in June 2017
Interview
I sent my application for a position in the Graduate Development Program (GDP) which I found on LinkedIn. Within a week I received a phone call from a recruiter where I had to explain my motivation for the position and could ask questions. I asked for more information about the GDP as I couldnt find more except for the LinkedIn post (such as for which kind of positions I will be qualified etc ). There it still sounded like one of the GDPs for recent graduates who are aiming for leadership positions (like Cognizant is offering in other countries). Only at the very last step of the recruiting process it became obvious that it is a Service Desk position - for which I reason I also declined the later sent job offer.
