The interview was conducted for Trizetto project at Cognizant It was a great interview experience with Cognizant. The interviews were conducted timely and all were done on video conferencing due to covid situation. HR contacted me through Hirist job portal. They scheduled the call with one of the manager/Scrum Master for initial screening round. Interview 1: Entrie discussion around the past Scrum master experience. Post interview 1, they scheduled the 2nd round with the team leads (Dev, QA and Config Manager) Interview 2: They grilled me over situational questions, my cv, Scrum Master certification related questions, Day to day activities as a Scrum Master, Impediments resolution as a Scrum Master, different matrics used in Agile, Managing different stakeholders in Agile, etc Once interview 2 was cleared, 3rd round was conducted by Project Manager Interview 3: Same all things asked by previous interviewers, past experiences on previous jobs Post this round, they did not stop ☹️ Round 4 was conducted by Program Manager Interview 4: Overall discussion held on CV, current roles and responsibilities, past experiences, SWOT, Initiative taken, etc Lastly I was asked to write an email to the Program Manager stating : "Why should Cognizant hire me ?" Everything was conducted in a very professional manner. Lastly during the HR discussion, they didn't even match the offer which I was holding. So I did not accept the offer from Cognizant.
