They have two rounds of interviews. HR and technical.
The technical round may include solving the use cases provided by the interviewer. In my case, it was working on a personal developer instance and demonstrating the code or the application that is mentioned in the use case.

Question 1
The use cases would be different for different positions. There are a lot of articles available online.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
